Description:
After many years of use, Cerveceria Regional in Maracaibo decided to install a new stainless steel brewhouse system while preserving all the tradition of the old copper vessels. Talleres Landaluce, with the support of Sulca, was the selected company to carry out this complex and fascinating project. The project involved not only manufacturing a new, fully automated, and high-tech stainless steel brewhouse system but also encasing all the vessels with the old copper ones. Particularly intriguing was integrating the new chimney, which stands over 12 meters tall, into the existing structure.
