Description:
The wastewater resulting from soft drinks and juice production contains high concentrations of sugars and easily degradable organic compounds. Due to its properties, the most efficient method for treating this wastewater is anaerobic treatment, where bacteria break down high levels of fructose in a low-oxygen environment. Subsequently, the water must undergo polishing to meet strict discharge parameters through aerobic treatment. Additionally, as part of this project, an odor control system was implemented.
