Description:
D&G Brewery employs horizontal tanks for fermentation. To streamline tank occupancy time and enhance yeast separation, a high-speed centrifugal separator was implemented to clarify the green beer before transferring it to cylindrical conical tanks for maturation. Following the centrifugal separation process, a cooling module was introduced to rapidly cool the green beer to maturation temperature, further reducing occupancy time in the cylindrical conical tanks. Additionally, as part of various brewery enhancements, a yeast propagation and storage facility was established alongside CIP (Clean-in-Place) plants.
